Refunds+Exchanges

Returns and exchanges will be accepted if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the delivery. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email us with your name, order number and reason for return. We will provide you with details on how to return your item. Exchanges may be for products of the same category or store credit note. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. Sale items are final sale. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We will not provide refunds or exchanges for product that is returned damaged or not in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued once the product has been received in good condition.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for refund or exchange on unused products in their original condition. Items returned with a gift receipt are eligible for exchange only. Original packaging must accompany returns. Receipt is required for returns. Special discount items are final sale and are not eligible for refund or return.
